Extreme Sciences!

Chemistry and physics are very broad. To capture these broad topics, we will be looking at the extremes of the sciencefield at the Sigma Symposium. Think about extremely small sciences, like the research in nanomedicine. And not to forget the astrochemistry which is so extremely far away. Furthermore mineral formation and nuclear fission will be the topics of the day. Additionally, our Master of Ceremony will be none other than dr. Luca Consoli!

The symposium will take place on the 19th of April 2023 in the Huygens Building (HG00.304), at the Faculty of Science of the Radboud University Nijmegen. During this day, a diverse selection of lectures will be given with a nice lunch in between. The day closes with an informal drink to which all visitors and lecturers are invited.
